PositiveMy mother has been at Magnolia Springs for a few months. I have been very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - the life enrichment director, the individual caregivers, the front desk ladies, department heads, the kitchen staff, the drivers, the activities director, and the spiritual care rep. PositiveThey have beautiful facilities, friendly and kind staff, many activities, food was delicious, clean and large room. From their check-in process through the time, spent there the staff was very involved, caring, thorough, & I did not worry at all about leaving my loved one in their care.
★★★★★

There is no respect for privacy. I signed papers to stop the ch…

CriticalThe facility did not meet expectations after seeing what the competition has to offer. There seems to be a lack of enthusiasm here and you do not get a warm feeling. The tour was disorganized and the employee seemed distracted like they had other things to be doing.
