She only spent 12 days there. Staff are not equipped to handle every situation. My mother had cervical fractures and with her Alzheimer's was combative with pericare. Never saw the owner or person who welcomed me after placement. Someone who I'd never met, called to say, "mom passed peacefully". Hospice was not notified and her body was sent to the wrong funeral home in spite of having a prepaid plan in place with that info available. To date, I heard from no one at the facility.

Recently visited for a family member looking at relocating from facility She needs quality dementia care and when I tell you she is going to get it here.... I mean Quality Care!!!!!!. An internal medical Dr. on staff 16 hours a day, an LPN, CNA's all there to monitor and interact with residents. They take daily vitals, Blood sticks for Diabetes, shower scrub their teeth all in a nicely furnished room.. Its a very calm relaxed environment. Smell…

My husband had a brief stay but an unbelievable wonderful caring stay. He came on very short notice from the hospital after having a stroke. The head of Majestic Gardens, [name removed] is such a wonderful caring individual who truly is concerned about the patients well being. She keeps in contact with you. There are only 16 rooms. Patients have their own rooms. The place is clean. I was very impressed. And since he died in the middle of the month [name removed] refunded half my money. In addition she let me know w…
