Over the experience was great when I got to bring mom. The facility is always nice and clean. Some staff members are amazing some need to figure out their career. The care is great. Just the different levels are high. The food is very salty and not much given at dinner always hungry after. Always busy. The place is very expensive.

PositiveThe staff are friendly, the facility is clean and inviting and the residents seem happy and engaged. I had several people greet me without prompting from the person showing me around. There were several activities going on and people walking around and chatting. The rooms are a nice size. The baths have nice size showers with sturdy seats and grab bars. A very well cared for facility.

I have been involved with Mallard Ridge for almost a year that my mother has been there. I absolutely love the staff there. They go out of their way to take the best care of my mom. She will tell you if you need to be somewhere, she's at the best place to be. They are so kind to her even when she's having a bad day. They do everything they can to make it better.
