Maplewood at Twinsburg

This is the place!

The dining experience for the residents is above anything I've seen before. Tables set with white tablecloths, choice of entrées, and nothing is rushed. Nothing sub par here at dining time. The staff, very nice and involved. Never have I seen staff sitting aside on their phones. The administration staff is first class. They remember my father's name and know everything that's going on with him. It's truly a totally caring and loving place. We had to wait to get in, but well with the wait. A staff that appears to truly care and engage the residents. Nice size bedrooms, clean and feels very much like home. The outside areas are beautiful and I know my father will enjoy himself outside next summer.

Maplewood at Twinsburg review

The activity director changed. Half the time no activities even though on schedule and when there are poor choices. The turnaround time when pushing the button for help and someone actually coming in room averages 40 minutes many times. Not enough help for residents.

Review for Maplewood at Twinsburg

Maplewood treats residents with dignity, meeting each person where they are at in their journey. The team is kind and professional, staffing has been consistent and stable, and the facility is very well nice and well maintained.

Would highly recommend

What our family likes the most about the Maplewood at Twinsburg community is definitely the staff and everyone was wonderful. No complaints from us. Unfortunately, my husband's time there was very short lived
