Beware of the deposit

I arrived at Maravilla in [Date Removed] and I will be moving out [Date Removed]. My reasons for moving are based on the fact I do not find the programming available here interesting or intellectually stimulating. I also believe that the cost of the independent living program in the main building and the services provided are not a match. It does not provide good value for money. A great place for my mother

My mother has been in independent living at Maravilla for about 5 years already. The grounds, landscaping, and staff haven wonderful. She likes all the walking paths, and has made good friends. There is a good variety of food in the dining room. My mom isnt tired of the menu after 5 years, so they are doing something right.

NOT AS GOOD AS YOU HOPE

FOR THOSE WHO CAN AFFORD 10,000 A MONTH IT WILL WORK. IT IS GOLETA, NOTHING SPECIAL VERY DARK AND OLD FASHIONED. YOU WILL GET A EMAIL AND INVITATION TO VISIT. FORMS TO TAKE TO YOUR DOCTOR TO DETERMINE LEVEL OF CARE.

The Maravilla Senior Living Community has been excellent. The staff has been wonderful so far, and I love how clean the facility is. Overall, it's very nice and it has been a positive experience.

although this community is very pretty - they have a lot of hidden fees on top of a very expensive monthly fee which put this out of our price range.

Fabulous! Excellent in every way. Lots of gardens & court-yards.
