I have been very pleased with the interactions I have had with the staff at Marbella San Marcos. The Sales Counselor has been extremely helpful and patient as I have been deciding if I am ready to move, she has checked in with me and addressed my concerns. On my visit on [date removed] she showed a friend the apartment options so I could get another point of view. We joined in the Bar-B-Q where the food is always delicious. Overall pleased

Right now they are remodeling so there's often disruptions. Some areas the A/C doesn't work well and sometimes the hot water doesn't work. But we're hoping that all gets resolved when remodeling is done. Mom loves the food, the atmosphere, and the camaraderie with other residents. Most of the staff are great. The salesperson Kat is wonderful and doesn't abandon you once you've become a resident- she's always willing to help solve a problem

Would recommend

The [community removed] where my mom is has become Marbella. There has been some transition pains as they're upgrading the facility and realignment of staff.

After visiting 5 other facilities this one was a wonderful surprise. Clean, attractive, residents looked busy and engaged, staff is so friendly! We visited again when my mom came to the area and she is planning to move in!! Their Director of Sales is a real gem, so kind and patient as my mom is very hard of hearing, almost deaf. It's minutes from my home so it will be nice to be nearby and convenient to include her in the family events she wants to join in on. I highly recommend visiting to see for yourself!
