PositiveFood issues but working on those. They have finally hired a full-time manager because they haven't had one for past 6+ months. Only temporary fill ins. They keep it pretty clean but have had some issues with cockroaches. They have sprayed. Sometimes difficult to get things repaired adequately. He has a lovely very large bedroom and living room with kitchen area. They are making improvements around the place. You get a lot of value for the money. I expect things to improve with the full-time new manager.
