It feels more like home!

We are extremely satisfied with Mariela formally Volante. They both have given my father great care. The facilities are exceptionally cared for. The staff is excellent. We feel so comfortable having him there. I hope this will help. I can't say enough good things about them.

This community is best overall!

The facility is top notch! The staff is compassionate. The activities director is a 10+ The dinning offers two meal choices plus a staple menu if you don't care for either option. My dad is well cared for around the clock with an excellent staff patient ratio. They have almost every type of physician available so you don't have to leave the facility for dr. Appointments. They have an in house salon and pharmacy and I can go on... how pleased we are with this home.

Not recommended

Would not recommend Volante due to their deceptive business practices. We signed a contract for an all inclusive pricing and in the first 5 months they violated the terms of our contract and tried to put us on a care package plan that increased our rent by over [removed]k a month. . It was way more than unexpected price increase It was the way they did it by voiding our contract and pressuring us to sign a new contract or move.

Volante

Our experience with Volante has been amazingly good. My mother used to beg us not to put her in a residential home and we attempted to keep her independent in her home for 5 years. We had all kinds of things in place which allowed her to remain independent until she fell and broke her hip. After surgery and rehab we determined that she needed more care that we could provide.
