They were incredibly attentive to my mother. They had video in her room, and in her hallways, and I felt that was very important. I visited 3 units before I chose Waverley. Waverley always contacted me with any concerns on my mother. Even to the point of a red mark on her little baby toe from her slippers, they were on top of everything. Our experience with our loved one here was absolutely terrible. I'm sharing because if it's happened to us, it's probably happened to others. And I'd hate to see someone else go through what we did. My loved one was here for 3 weeks for respite care. My husband and I just needed a break, but I regret EVER taking our loved one here. I'm just so mad and the whole experience was shameful. He came out in much worse shape than when he went in. He was mobile when we took him in, when we picked him up it took 4 people to …

Our family had an in person tour and it was a super nice tour experience, very friendly people but our loved one had to have her car back and we were worried about her getting out on that busy road.

Happy with our choice

We chose Waverly Inn because the quality of the services offered and the location is close to me as well. It is a smaller facility with only about 60 residents. The building is built in a circle so that residents who wander cannot get lost. The room sizes are decent, she has got a Jack and Jill so she shares a bathroom. They also have shared rooms and private rooms as well. The staff is very pleasant to work with, the facility is done up nice, and it is a stimulating environment.
