Overall experience I would give it a one. Cleanliness zero. Friendliness it gets a one. Quality of care gets a one that often took too long to get anybody to show up to help everybody was very lazy and many people had a rude or bad attitude. Administrative staff gets a zero. They were so nice until we signed the contract and moved in and then they completely changed. Routinely my mom did not have a ride to dialysis or doctor's appointments after being told it was scheduled. Staff would not address concerns or retur…

Grade of D facility

If you're lucky enough to be reading this, move on to the next community. We moved our mother in October. We could not get her out of there fast enough. [date removed], we got her out. Go to [removed] It's the Nevada department of health. It takes a bit of navigating, but you can read all the violations and allegations. There is a reason they have a D Grade for the past year. The managers and staff are not on the same page. They can change the name all they want, but it's a horribly run care facility. Our mother…

Our experience

Volante was absolutely horrible I would never send anybody there again. They were actually just bought out by another company who are not making any changes at all we moved my mom out of there food was absolutely horrendous they feed the people horribly they refuse to make any adjustments for dietary restrictions It's all canned and frozen food nothing fresh absolutely disgusting. The carpets I was told when we moved in we're going to be replaced they never were they're disgusting the place smells their stains ever…
