Great Memory Location

Initially, she was in assisted living but quickly(within 3 months) the staff along with the family determined she needed more supervision and directions. The food seems to be OK but with her memory loss she does not remember what she ate 5 minutes ago. It is great she still gets to chose. All the rooms in Memory Care are studios. At first I was not a fan but they helped me understand that even in one room with a bathroom, the resident can get lost or more confused. Staff has been good and are very friendly.

Overall a safe and caring environmen

I like the set up of the facility in a circle around a courtyard. I like that the staff is sure that mom is safe. I wish for a little more engagement.

Would not recommend

I would not recommend putting your family here at this community. It's several times I came in to visit my phone, remember and staff were sitting down on their phone. When I would go to management to complain of this issue, they just kind of blow me off and i'm not correcting the behavior. Not soon after I moved my loved one too much more professional/resident vauled community.

Mom loves her community

My mother has lived at Volante Round Rock since [date removed] her room is beautiful staff are friendly managers are always available and kind we picked the "right" place for mom

Highly recommend

My mom was in memory care and all of the the staff were absolutely wonderful. She settled in quickly, they took wonderful care of her and she was quite happy there.
