CriticalThis place would be a 0 if I could. Terrible experience for our family. They lost my dad three times! One time they even said he “jumped the fence!” How could someone who is so weak do that? The staff was awful. They will do/say anything to cover up for themselves. The residents in here deserve better. Please don’t send your loved ones here, you will regret it.

CriticalMarla vista assisted living on military is not the place to work nor should u send your love ones to live there. Staff suck and they lazy and don’t care about the residents. They never have enough staff to help the residents. The ones who can’t do much for themselves get treated the worst. Management is awful and very disrespectful and never handles business. PositiveThe staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. They are great with my loved one and he can be difficult at times. They call me if anything happens. The place is always clean. They do the laundry. The move in went as well as one could expect. It is hard for them and hard for me. They were very encouraging to me. You can visit any time, day or night. PositiveThe facility itself needs some updating, which is ongoing. We liked the smaller environment. We looked at several other assisted living facilities and they just seemed too large for our mother. Marla Vista is more intimate. She loved it. Especially the staff. I would recommend to others.
