PositiveWhat stands out most about Marquette is the people. The staff are kind, responsive, and clearly invested in the well-being of the residents. There’s a strong sense of community here, and it shows in the daily interactions and overall atmosphere. They set a high standard for senior living.

Positive[Name Removed is a lovely sales associate. She was attentive to our loved ones and answered all of our questions with expert knowledge. The community is gorgeous, like a high end hotel! The staff makes it feel so welcoming and friendly - a superior Assisted Living in Indianapolis.

CriticalMy mom is very happy there. She has made several friends and enjoys all the activities. The pool and exercise areas are very nice. Overall we feel it was the right decision to move there. Was higher but now is not a good time. Short staffed. Staff turnover. Good gone downhill lately. People seem overworked. Cost high. Everything you do costs more money. They push for benevolence fund. The residents feel like they are having to support others. New resident not qualified to be there. They are having to help her find …

PositiveWhat we like the most about the Marquette is their Religiously diverse and supportive of different religions. Strong activity personnel. Good Director. I feel like the back office could be a bit stronger. Good dining room personnel. Very adaptive to special needs even with last minute changes.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's been a great experience for my loved one. It's been genuinely a great experience. [name removed] doesn't believe it but I believe it saved her life. She is much healthier now because of all the exercise she's getting.

Specifically, Marquette was bringing him food, but he needed someone to help feed him. Both Marquette and Hospice said they didn't help feed Dad, and it took a few days to discover he needed another service (Marquette Cares) to help feed …
