The director [Name Removed] is very good. She seems to be on top of things. [Name Removed] who works in maintenance responds quickly when a problem arises. The caregivers for the most part are friendly but, forget to come and get my mom for meals. There seems to be quite a turnaround with staffing right now, but that's anywhere with these facilities. I am aware residents in general are unhappy with the food. They get their food and quite often it's cold. Vegetables aren't cooked enough and they have few options for…

Admin is a bit lacking, unorganized but the aids are great. Rooms & bathrooms are a nice size, dining is very nice. The only improvement I can think of is they need more staff. They're not great at answering the phone or getting to individuals rooms when needed to quickly due to lack of staff I'm assuming

Positive - they are very friendly and quick to respond to my mom's call button. They never make her feel like she's an inconvenience. They respond quickly to any issues that arise. There is a Bible study my mom really enjoys and there is a Sunday worship service provided. Negative - their meals aren't really geared for people with diabetes. My mom struggles with her blood sugar and doesn't have a diabetic menu to choose from.

It's a nice place . It is for a person that can take care of themself on the bottom floor. The second floor is for assistant. So I'm pleased with his care here .. on weekends they do need more help!!
