CriticalAides do not care about residence. My dad was left in his room all day by himself. Staff does not speak English. Directors are just as clueless. They promise to treat residence as family. I would hate to see how they treat their families. I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CriticalMattison Crossing appears to be a caring bright place for loved one’s and maybe even to help or work. “Appears” that’s all it is. Management new is just like the old….uncaring and excuses after excuses for bad employees including their head people. Personally I don’t even know where to start really. Take aides for example. CriticalOverall, we (my family and I) are extremely disappointed in the services that my mom is paying for at this facility. I feel we were sold a false bill of goods. However, we have nothing to compare this facility to, so while we are displeased with the services there may be other places that are worse off. There is huge turnover in staff, training needs to be implemented with new staff members on how to do the simplest of things, for example, making a bed, showering a person.
