The unique design features interactive neighborhoods and Life Skill Stores around the community's Town Square. These engaging shops simulate a general store, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a book nook, an art center, a hobby shop, a post office, a barber shop, a newsstand, a toy store, a candy shop, and vintage sporting goods store. Open to residents 24 hours a day, Town Square represents Main Street America — reminiscent of the early 1940s. Main Street opens into outdoor courtyards complete with putting greens, dog parks, and shuffleboard courts. I am very glad that I decided to come to May River instead of other places we looked at. The staff are very helpful and friendly . The building is very clean and pleasant, as far as the rooms go I am happy with my one bedroom. As far as activities it really depends on the individual as to how much they want to get involved. I find the residents very friendly and l enjoy getting to know them. Food is very substantial and we have choices if we don't want what is on the menu.

They renovated the entire facility from new roof to new paint, floors, common areas, etc. etc. etc. truly amazing. What I love, particularly is the staff!
