Ashley Gardens Transitional Assisted Living and Memory Care

The tour was a great help in my start to getting a place for my wife. I did not have to ask to many questions as the person giving the tour anticipated my questions and had it covered. I cannot think of anything to improve the tour.

Found the Best Place

I wish I had found this place earlier. This is by far the best place for my wife. The staff is exceptionally kind and takes excellent care of her. I no longer have to look for assistance, which is a relief. This facility finally gives me a piece of mine, and I don’t have to worry anymore about her care.

a caring community

There is a constant flow of activities. The staff are gentle and loving. They know the residents personally and treat them with respect. The director makes herself available to answer questions or to address my concerns.

Overall 5; Cleanliness 5 (except the dining room floor); Friendliness 5; Quality of care- I don't have enough information to rate this. My parent is still mobile, communicative, and showers & users the bathroom without assistance. I would recommend based on my experience. I was impressed with the facility, the attention to detail and the staff. The Executive Director was great compared to the previous residential facility which was [community removed].

Caring Like Family

I would give all areas a 5. Despite many staffing changes over the past 4 months, Ashley Gardens continues to provide excellent care. The staff develops warm, but appropriate, relationships with the residents.
