CriticalWe had an appointment to meet the tour guide at 3 pm; she did not come to speak with us until 3:30 pm. Tour guide asked . what seemed like a lot of unnecessary questions. Tour took 2 hours: an hour to an hour and a half would have been plenty. The facility is lovely but a lot of the decorations were very fake and very plastic. The staff seemed almost TOO friendly. The facility is larger than I would like for my LO. And in a very 'urbanizing' area. We prefer a quieter location.

I LOVE Meadowcrest and their staff for my parents. Absolutely. The staff is caring and so professional. During this past snow storm, staff stayed overnight to make sure residents were secure. They even gave each unit extra heaters in these cold temps.

As of right now, I would rate every single category as a 5. The staff are amazing, and I can't praise them enough. The enthusiasm which they wanted to explain everything to my parents did overwhelm them a tad in the beginning - my parents are slow to transition. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

CriticalSignificant concerns for the quality of construction used
The pluming that was done during construction created at least 3 floods affecting my moms apartment. When people are as old as my mom 94, that's just too many ! People are tired of having to deal with home repairs at that age. The building is only about three years old. I often eat with my mom in the restaurant and I believe the food is over priced for what is given. The place is often too cold for the residents.
