Poor Attitudes

Meadowview Memory Care provides meals and hands out medications but that’s about it. They advertise that they provide music therapy but they don’t. They also say they provide transportation for appointments or outings but they don’t do that either. They no longer do any activities so now the residents just sit around with nothing to do. Good place for Mom.

In Meadowview Memory Care they have a friendly environment and caring staff. Nice layout for the residents to be out in the great room to dine together, watch TV or participate in the afternoon activity conducted by the staff. Mom is content and loved by everyone.

My review from what I have seen.

They have done a good job with Covid -19. They are doing a good job taking care of my dad. They have done a good job communicating with me regarding my dad's needs. The staff has done a good job caring for the residents as far as I can see. They have been responsive to me any time I have called.

This seemed like a nice community when we visited. The people we meet were nice. We did not think mom would qualify for this community as the residents needed to be a little more independent. The community looked clean.

Things are good!!

My Mother in law is still adjusting to living at this community. She does love the food and participating in some of the activities offered. We had one minor issue with the staff and have since corrected this. I would recommend this community. They keep the community clean and well taken care of.
