Pros and cons

Administration communication is sub-par. The room rate increased without prior notification. Emails and calls to the front office staff go unanswered. Maintenance requests can take weeks to be addressed. The receptionist ([name removed]) cannot answer any questions no matter how generic. The staff are kind, friendly and know the residents and their families. The new activities director is receptive to ideas and making sure residents are enjoying themselves. The food is tasty and nutritious.

Overall, the care is very good, and the staff is great. We are happy with the experience. The room size is great, and she is very happy there. The food is okay.

The director [Name Removed] was rude on my tour. The nurse seemed uninformed and not sure what exactly she does since she was unable to say what staff can do. This place has gone thru huge leadership turnover in last year, everyone has quit per residents I spoke with on my tour with my mom. I got a bad feeling

Very nice facility. Was really impressed. [name removed] explained everything very well. Cost is what is the problem.

Lovely place and people were friendly. If I were picking a place for myself I would pick them. Family is looking for assisted living connected to skilled nursing.

There have been some issues trying to get certain things set up or arranged that I think the staff should have initiated or been more involved in. It's clean, welcoming, has a community feel. The employees are nice and know the residents by name. The food is good and the menu changes with a wide variety of options.
