CriticalMy mom received poor care at this facility
My mom lived here for several months, and during that time she rarely got showers, staff didn't regularly help her brush her teeth, and she reported to family many times that some of the staff seemed angry and unfriendly. She worried that they were mad at her. My mom would often ask me and her sister when she could get a shower and I talked to staff and administration frequently about this issue, but they'd say that she was refusing showers and help with her teeth. The price was reasonable, and it was clean. The food is awful. The staff are friendly. Apartments are a nice size. They offer studio size and one bedroom in the assisted living section. I don't know much about other parts.

The staff is friendly. I think some could use some more training. Cleaning should definitely be be picked up a notch. A better variety of activities that engage the residents and definitely better and more food options. Dealing with food allergies is a nightmare and she was always being given food she shouldn't have been eating. And I understand they are in assisted living but I think the residents are left to their own devices (and often alone) way too much. I understand that they are understaffed and overwhelmed…

Assisted living Clinical management does not seem to care for residents. Many medications were missing for my loved one and not only once. Sometimes these lapses in meds lasted over a week for narcotics! My loved one was brushed off although she was in pain. From what I observed, it seems they are focused on bashing caregivers for their mistakes instead of stepping up to provide for the residents. My father was unlucky enough to go there twice for a couple weeks at a time! He needed PT and OT during his stay! The Floor Staff Was really Nice, Except they are Highly Understaffed! They Don't have time to take Care of the Patients as Needed! My dad left with a Huge, Very Sore Pressure Point wound that was Never taken care of Properly!! His first roommate Coughed all night!
