The right fit!

Mercy House was the right fit for [Name removed]. He was happy there , and during the almost 8 months he was there, there was very little staff change, so he became very comfortable interacting with the same people. It's a very different place from most memory care facilities. Much more home-like. I almost felt like he was with relatives. The best I could had ever made

My husband has had such great care. The entire staff is caring and the food is delicious. If up to it they have activities to participate in. All in all its just a wonderful place.

Serious Safety and Supervision Concerns

I do not recommend this facility. We met with management on [Date Removed] regarding ongoing safety and care concerns. The front gate has been broken for months, wheelchair access is difficult to not possible, and exterior areas had wasp nests, debris, and slip hazards. Cameras are not monitored, some do not work, and evening/overnight shifts are not overseen. Review for Mercy House New Braunfels

This community feels very homey and welcoming. The staff genuinely seem caring and attentive, and the higher staff-to-resident ratio is definitely reassuring. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the building could use some upkeep, both inside and outside, as parts of it feel a little run down. Overall, still a positive experience.

The staff is warm, caring, and patient, and they truly treat residents like family. The environment is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. I’m so grateful for the compassion and support they provide every single day. Highly recommend!
