Great staff, would recommend

Complained of long wait after asking for assistance. We love the meals but our loved one does not participate in the activities. Yes, I would recommend Meridian at Laguna Hills

Our experience

Meridian is a great value – the rooms are the largest of any we looked at, the folks are extremely friendly, my mother-in-law loves the food and it's been an overall terrific experience for her. And The cost is excellent. I definitely recommend the Meridian for others. It's also near Trader Joe's for shopping and every bank imaginable.

I’m sorry but I did not have a great experience. I was looking into places for my mom for the future so that when the time comes we are not rushing to find something, and I thought starting early was a responsible idea. Unfortunately, the tour itself did not go well. The woman asked what I was looking for and discussed budget. After I shared the budget range, she responded that I would not find anything in that price range in Orange County. After that, the interaction felt very dismissive. I understand there are …

I would recommend it. The price was wonderful. It is very close to many clinics and office. The facility is nice. The staff were great.

Overall would recommend

Building is very clean. My Mom has a studio apt. It is more spacious than other places we looked at and very nicely equipped with lots of closet and cabinet space, as well as a microwave and full size refrigerator.

What I will say about Meridian is that it's the most cost-effective assisted living facility in the general area. Other than that, there hasn't been a lot of positives.
