Our homes are beautifully designed and furnished for independent living, assisted living, and for those with dementia and Alzheimer's. We have top quality amenities including apartment home maintenance, basic cable and utilities, life enrichment activities and programs, and much more. We offer many great things in our community for our seniors to live full, enriching lives. Some of which include an arts and crafts room, surround sound movie theater, fitness center, and library. In addition, we have year-round events and activities for seniors with all lifestyles. At The Meridian at Lake San Marcos, elder residents are immersed in the beautiful landscape of San Diego in a community that provides luxury retirement lifestyle. We provide wonderful, professional care for seniors in a lively, engaging community. We cater amenities towards the specific needs of our residents and assure care and peace of mind to families.

PositiveMy husband and I recently toured Meridian. Everyone we encountered from management to employees to residents were positive and enthusiastic about working and living there. The facility was well kept and inviting. We were also invited to stay for lunch which was delicious. Our questions were thoroughly addressed. We felt very comfortable there.

PositiveBest Place to Live
We live in the independent living of Meridian. We have a beautiful 3bed 2.5 bath apartment. We really enjoy the lifestyle they offer us. We chose this place because of their amazing dining room. We don't have to cook anymore. Their restaurant is open all day from 7am-7pm, and the staff is very professional. They also have a really spacious underground parking garage. Our car is safe and out of the weather. The garage also connects the entire community, so if it is raining we can still get around.

PositiveOur family had an in person tour and we liked how the dining room was two stories but it was very dark and dingy. Also there are a lot of buildings that aren't attached or covered so if you have to walk to another building for activities/food it could be inconvenient if there is bad weather.

The Meridian is by far the best senior living community I have ever seen. I have moved my dad to two senior living communities and this one by far takes it. Ever since the pandemic, my dad has declined due to staying indoors all the time. The Meridian has brought out a side of my dad I haven't seen in almost a year.
