PositiveThere are not enough staff for high acuity residents. I understand that this is a common issue for Memory Care units. The administrative staff was very friendly and helpful through the admission process. The facility is well kept and clean. The facility has wide hallways, handrails on both sides, great lighting, and activities for the residents.

PositiveThis is based on limited interactions and specific to the memory care. The staff are pretty responsive and friendly, but there can be times of delay so need to pick up the phone than an email. Also need to get clarity on who is the best person to ask different areas of question. I don't think that was made clear to me (or I was confused) so ended up reaching out to everyone.
