The staff really worked well with my MIL and going to dialysis. At times it was hard to get in touch with her but part of this is due to her memory issues. They took great care of her until she passed away recently.

My mother is not real happy there. Some of her cash has gone missing since she moved in and it's too small and there's not any activities that are worthwhile to her. She doesn't like the bathroom sink being in kitchen. So the kitchen and bathroom share a sink. That annoys her. The medical care is not up to par. They see a PA every month. It's very hard to see her and talk to anyone in nursing. Communication is not good. The place is clean, friendly, overall appealing, food is good my mom says. Dad likes it too. Dad…

All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Several of them have taken special interest in helping my mother make progress with some of her medical issues such as macular degeneration and mobility due to osteoarthritis. Housekeeping staff does a great job with keeping rooms clean and supplying clean towels and bed sheets. Communication with the family is always handled well when necessary.
