Overall, as you can tell from my ratings, we are very pleased with Mission Villa. While it has only been 30 days, they have been excellent! An excellent experience ! I would recommend MV to any family looking for a place. The ambience is welcoming. The cleanliness of MV is evident from the moment you enter. The staff is extremely helpful. Overall a great place.

Care For our Father

My experience with Mission Villa Senior Living - Everyone was very accommodating and understanding of my father's needs. They walked me through the moving in, daily needs and payment process.

Older looking facility but clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and two safe outdoor areas. Fun diner themed room and overall well decorated and inviting.

Review for Pacifica Senior Living Mission Villa

If I could rate them a zero I would. The staff tries their best but they are extremely understaffed. Approximately 1 caregiver per 10 people that need to be changed, fed, etc. 1 med tech for about 60 people my mother was always dirty teeth not brushed so her breath was foul. UTI almost every month because they wouldn't change her. They would double up her diapers so they wouldn't leak. The food was abysmal but getting a little better right before I pulled her out. We apologize that this has been your experience with our community, but we can assure you that the medical care of our residents is our top priority. We follow all staffing regulations set by the state of California, and at no time do we have one caregiver responsible for 10 residents nor one med tech responsible for that number of residents. We have chef-prepared meals and a full service dining room, and we do not used canned goods in these meals. We understand the difficulties that come from having a loved one in memory care, and we wish you the best of luck.

Friendly staff

5 for everything. The staff are always engaging with residents. The facility is always decorated for holidays and events.
