A small, friendly and cozy environment

The activities director is spectacular! Apartment size is good and the staff are helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The worst

My loved one was a resident at Morada Lake Hefner and at first this facility was a great place when it was [community removed]. Everything was going great for my loved one until the facility was bought out by Morada. I'm giving this review so that others can avoid this place. I would not recommend any facility that is owned by Morada. It has went through 3 directors and the current one is the worst. Avoid at all cost. Great place with a couple of weekend problems.

95% of the Food was very good. The activities director is a fun , party animal, encouraging the residents to join in . She keeps the living dining room area decorated for the seasons. She always had something for the residents to do. Housekeeping was excellent, thoughtful, and caring . Week day and evening shifts were caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Fell in love with them. But the weekend shifts were lacking. They were lazy, and rude. After Mom passed, I spoke to the administrator about the weekend problem…
