Excellent Place for Mom

Staff is exceptionally nice and welcoming. Food is delicious. Having someone to clean and change bedding is such a help and to have utilities, cable, TV and all necessities provided, really helps Mom's apartment to be affordable. She loves just having one payment, instead of several bills and with auto withdraw, she doesn't have to even worry about that. Morada sure has been a God sent to me. My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and has a nice outdoor sitting area. I have both a dog and a cat. Nondenominational church services and Bible study are available weekly. The facility is kept clean and orderly. Individual apartments are cleaned weekly. Activities are well planned and offer music/singing groups, crafts, games like bingo, puzzles, outings to movies and local eateries, transportation to shopping and medical appointments, holiday and other celebrations. 1. We attended this event last week and we enjoyed every minute of it. You could tell the Director and staff had their hands full but wow did they deliver. The food was amazing and our tour with the Director was very informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and the staff treated everyone like family. We had a family member that lived here years ago and she enjoyed the 3 yrs. she was there. We hope to call this community home when the time comes. Overall a great experience. All the way around. I loved it there

I just sometimes wish I was still living there. The cost to live there was increased and I just couldn't quite swing it any more. I had no complaints about it, what so ever.

Peace of mind

They are very friendly and helpful. The food staff go out of their way for the residents. The maintenance man helps very willingly. The administration staff are nice and promptly respond to calls questions and problems. Overall we have been happy with the facility. They are slowly remodeling each unit as residents move out. Also remodeling with new flooring and carpet throughout. Of course nothing is as perfect as having your own house but this is very nice and if you have a little patience, and are friendly I t…
