I still think it's a great place to be. It's like a big family. I really love the management and head nurse there. They're very informative of anything going on with my mom. Everyone is really nice. The nurses that have been there a while really get to know the residents and their preferences, especially when it comes to their meals.

I like how homey it feels, but I do think communication between staff could improve and also their response time to the little buttons the residents wear. It took a very long time for them to come down when I was there with my dad.

Very open and cheerful, friendly staff, and smiles on faces of the other clients in the building, Very open to questions asked about care that was needed for my friend, what was expected in care and needs from us as well. Very up front about cost and financial concerns making it easy to plan ahead.
