We moved our resident after 2 months. I could never get hold of a manager, there was no communication about what was best for the resident. The adjustment period had no help or supervision. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe after evaluating the staff and making changes it would be better run. The washers and dryers rarely worked, the housekeeping was minimal, the food service was poor, although the food was okay. Unorganized, horrible communication, understaffed at dangerous levels, little to no activities, horrible management. If your loved one cannot advocate for themselves, do not place them here. They would have nice staff from time to time but they don't stay long or they're run out by the management and other staff. Very sad as I heard it used to be a decent place many years ago. Also, many of the 5 star reviews are from their own staff and management, don't be fooled like we were.
