It's 5, the best, for all 8 categories! Morningside House of Blue Bell is wonderful. My mom is very happy there. She's well taken care of. Everyone who works there has been so great to her.

Great staff

Well the staff has been great. I have not had any issues at all. They are pleasant and accommodating. The care has been good to my wife. Sometimes my wife can be difficult depending on her disposition and time of day. Activities my wife is an introvert and really does not take interest in their activities. She is comfortable just staying in her room. The food for the most part is good. Serving the residents in the dining room is good. The cleanliness of the facility is good. Amazing staff

The caretakers are all fantastic (nurses techs etc) extremely personable truly caring with compassion and empathy They genuinely get to know the residents and look out for them and check in often. The apartments are bright and well cared for. Occasionally we do have to ask for something to be cleaned up if it happens after the cleaners have been there. However any time we ask for something they are more than happy to accommodate our needs.

Morningside House in Blue Bell is a breath of fresh air for my wife and myself. [name removed] and the Memory Care staff have been very accommodating. Effective 5–26, I admitted my wife on their care. The facility is very clean and well maintained. For the first time in 4 1/2 months I can finally relax. I strongly recommend this Assisted Living Facility.

Morningside House of Blue Bell

Concerns about a director being in memory care full time. This is the main reason, I chose to place my husband at Morningside. Also, concerns about staff serving food and also making sure residents will Eat in their own (the ones that can't). It seems like someone should just do the food and other staff members to help the residents.
