Getting worse and worse

Rooms are not cleaned. Laundry is lost. Phones do not get answered. Management changes every few months. Promises are made by management but rarely consistently followed. They display "a place for mom" award prominently in their entrance way that should be revoked. Morningside does not care about their facility or their clients. We need to find a new home for mom.

not perfect, but pretty close

First, this is a very hard job and everyone who works here has a special heart to do what they do. I have found staff to be competent, friendly, and respectful-especially sometimes when clients can be 'challenging'. [names removed] are wonderful with the social aspect of Morningside. Keeping people active, socially engaged, and motivated makes this place unique among other places I've visited. Medically, although doctors are not continuously present [name removed] and staff do a great job, being very responsive …

We enjoyed our visit and [name removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions. The facility was bright and inviting.

Facility is nicely laid out with open spaces and is very accommodating. Staff are nice and very helpful. Facility is relatively new, well maintained and clean.

[name removed] took the time to show me around and answer questions. The staff were smiling and many said hello. The residents appeared well cared for and happy. The facility was clean, no bad smells, lots of bright light.

A Welcoming Place For Dad

The staff is friendly and refer to residents by name. The directors have all been very responsive to questions and concerns. The place smells clean.
