Warm and Welcoming

The staff overall have been very warm and welcoming to my mom and our family. They have attempted to address any concerns or issues we have discussed. They have a Can Do attitude and seem to want to help. The residents seem happy there, too!

Quality Care -including for caregivers that need a rest.

We chose this facility because of its convenient location, competitive daily rate, cleanliness, and responsive staff. The level of care was exactly what my husband needed, and he especially loved the food and activities offered.

Ghosted

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are decent sized, well lighted and airy with plenty of closet space. The building is very clean with nice decor. My biggest issue, and one that came up only recently, is the lack of communication from management. I have called the last three days in a row and asked for return calls and have not heard from them. I am sure that they have gotten my messages because the receptionist is great and always on top of things.

Helpful and friendly staff

1. [name removed] in Sales was very empathetic and patient during the application period. She is invaluable. 2. [name removed] in Accounts gave timely replies and corrections to financial queries. 3. Members of my family who live in the same state sent me videos of a lively dance party celebrating her recent birthday! 4. She looks well cared for

The facility is currently being "refreshed," which means lots of noise as floor is taken up and lots of dust. This detracted somewhat from our visit, since it was not possible to see the place as it will be. Also we could not see how the activities were doing, since there were none going on.

Morningside: Where Every morning Begins Brighter

Our family could not have found a better place for our relative to recuperate. Morningside House were our family away from home. They were everything they say they are and more!
