★★★★★
PositiveMy mom is new to the memory care unit. The staff have all been kind and welcoming. She's not a big fan of the food, however she's always offered an alternative. We would like to eventually get into a larger room whenever there's a vacancy. Thank you for caring for my mother.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured two facilities. Morningside did not give me as good of a feeling as the other facility. However my mother was a resident there many years ago. I am just trying to learn as much as I can.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very responsive to my needs as well as my mom's needs. The food could definitely be better. That's my mom's #1 complaint.
★★★★★
PositiveVery impressed with the community. Our guided tour was fantastic. The entire facility was clean and neat. The staff were friendly, informative and encouraging to us. We toured other communities and this was best one!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was incredibly helpful. The food was excellent. Apartments and amenities are great.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff has been very responsive and gets back to me quickly. Food is mediocre. Activities seem plentiful. Room size is good in my opinion. I was told before my mom went there how great the food was and that they offered a diabetic diet. Both of those were exaggerated. Also was told range for driving residents to the doctor was 10 miles and now all of a sudden it is5 miles although they have made exceptions.
