MorningStar Senior Living at Old Town is uniquely situated in the heart of historic Old Town, offering seniors a choice of 90 independent living suites and 45 assisted living suites. For a loved one suffering from Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia, our distinct Reflections Neighborhood offers 25 memory care suites. Featuring award-winning designs, MorningStar at Old Town seamlessly blends the signature architecture of Old Town with the historic feel of College Avenue. Our community is situated in the top three floors of a 5-story mixed-use urban development. Several medical facilities are nearby including the UC Health Poudre Valley Hospital. Along with smartly-designed suites; residents’ enjoy an array of resort-style amenities, senior care & hospitality services, and a committed staff who feels called to serve. Throughout our community you will find inviting common areas ideal for relaxation and spending time with friends, and include a pool, fitness center, therapy room, business center, club room, theater, dining terrace and wine tasting. Memory care residents have their own enclosed courtyard.
