PositiveWe looked at 2 bedroom apartment and ate lunch there. Food and service was good. The facility was clean and pleasant. People seemed friendly. Since it seemed to fit our needs, we put our name on the waiting list.
★★★★★
PositiveThe apartments are roomy, the staff is very attentive and understanding of my mothers needs. She's in hospice now and quite hard to deal with. The common areas are nice and they have plenty of activities. The food is on par with other places we visited. Mom did not need to move to memory care once she became confused. They let her stay in her apartment with more help and attention.

Positive2 bedroom with a fireplace on 4th floor is wonderful. Court yard is great. Holiday celebrations are good. Staff is great. Activities are good. Parking for those with cars is great. They have exercise classes, but not enough. Very easy. The place is clean. They offer rides to appointments and places but seem too busy, not enough drivers and nothing last minute.they have a little bar that people like to get a drink before dinner. Most disappointing is we moved in when they had points for meals. They could use their e…

They are promoting special events like High Tea, A night in Paris dinner, Merry days, Holiday meals, etc. on a routine basis. These events are expensive, poorly announced, require advance reservations, and take over the dining facility. Those residents who don't participate (a large number) aren't able to use the dining facility and have little to no options for food. W…

PositiveNothing's perfect, but my experience has been good and we would recommend MorningStar at RidgeGate to other families!
