PositiveCaring staff, overall very pleased
There were some mixups on paperwork that were a little frustrating but overall it was fairly good. I would give the Staff as a whole probably a 4 1/2 to 5. They were very attentive. They knew the names of people very quickly, learned the routines fairly quickly and were familiar with visitors. Everything is kept pretty clean and I like that. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They’ve been very responsive and helpful, including the couple times I’ve called to ask if someone could help my aunt and uncle…

PositiveOverall I have been very satisfied
Most of the staff are patient, caring and genuinely care for the residents. A few of the caregivers even go beyond their job description. Memory Care is even more difficult for the staff but most of them handle the situations with dignity to the resident, activities are provided for residents that will participate. The outdoor garden space is being used by more and more of the residents as the weather warms.

I really enjoy the people here especially Happy Hour on Fridays. I really like events like the Tea Party we had a few months ago. I appreciate the physical therapy they have here and the convenience. And thanks to all their good cooking I’ve outgrown some of my clothes!

I moved here to MorningStar because of the location. I have a 1 bedroom plus den and I love the lighting and layout. I have made some wonderful friends here as I have been here for 6 years. I enjoy playing the accordion for the Sunday church services each week. I also help with the library with a few friends here.

My husband has been a resident at MorningStar of Parker for about six months now. He has a very spacious one-bedroom apartment in the Assisted Living section. The community is very welcoming. The caregivers are, for the most part, very friendly and professional, and they love my husband.
