NEGLECT OF BASIC CARE! Do not send your loved one here, unless they are self-sufficient and can advocate for themselves. My mother was admitted to the third floor of Mount Alverna Village for short term rehab. On the first day, she waited 2.5 hours for a sandwich, 3 hours for a working TV -- both after multiple requests made by me -- and then she was LEFT IN A WET DIAPER FOR MORE THAN 14 HOURS.
