PositiveWe lost my mom at the end of [Date Removed] -Losing mom has been really hard, thus, this review is long over due! I have to say, Mountain Park Senior Living was completely on top of her care. The facility is always spotless, residents are out and about with smiles on and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Mom was there for a few years and during that time we met so many kind hearted people who truly care and listened. They really do work hard to make this a loving and fun community treating everyone with diginity…
★★★★★
PositiveWe were very fortunate they had an opening on the memory care unit when needing placement for my dad as there is currently a waiting list! Being a nurse I have had the experience of visiting/working in various assisted cared facilities. Mountain Park Memory unit is absolutely amazing. The staff treat my dad like family and my mom and I feel confident he is getting the best care possible second to being a home (which sadly was no longer an option).

CriticalTen years ago when our mother entered Mountain Park, it was one of the best assisted living communities in the area. It has slowly gone down hill and now has serious problems. Many issues with new staff that are overlooked by current management.
★★★★★
PositiveWe are so very pleased with the decision to move Mom to Mt. Park Senior Living. The facilities are wonderful and the staff second to none. She has been in both the independent and now assisted living and both areas have provided everything we could have hoped for.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is amazing. From the front desk, restaurant staff, entertainment staff and nurse staff. Very attentive and kind to my mom. I only checked out the studios but we chose the smaller one and it is great. Roomy and clean. My mom has had issues with the drain in her bathroom and it's been a pain to get fixed. But I know there is only one maintenance guy and he's a bit overwhelmed. Amenities are good. They wash her sheets, clothes once a week. Clean her place. They have rides to different grocery stores weekly…
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is well maintained. The staff is very attentive and kind. There are 3 sizes of apartments. My mom.is in a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath. Amenities is why I gave a 4. There are some things to do, but not a lot of variety.
