PositiveWhat we like the most about Nashoba Park is that it is very clean, and easy to get around. The staff members are very friendly who really know the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families and w have already.

PositiveAt this time I would rate everything a 4. Only because I don't give anything the highest score. But we are very happy with everything. Most of the staff knows mom by name, good meals and lots of activities.

PositiveThe staff at Nashoba Park Assisted Living was extremely helpful, kept me well-informed and made changes as needed for my brother. They even got on gluten free food for my brother, who was gluten-free. My brother was there for two months and the staff must have been great to him because he had to make sure he said goodbye to housekeeping, nurses, the dining room, staff, and all others. They had many activities and the facility was always spotless. Everyone was always friendly to visitors.

CriticalGreat staff, and effort is made for a good experience. But all the systems are archaic, and being a ‘historic building’ makes improvements more complicated. And it’s hard to evaluate anything during a pandemic!

PositiveThey have done really well with the Covid-19 pandemic and have done a really good job with keeping families up to date on what's doing on. They took precautions early on and stepped up to make sure they were protecting the residents. A little bit of staff turnover recently. We always found the community to be very clean when we visit. They are very conscientious about serving well balanced meals. Overall, we would recommend Nashoba Park to others!
