The staff was amazing. They took such good care of my mom. Its super nice on the inside and the food they make is really good. The director Carrie Ann was amazing. My mom ended up falling and passing away at the beginning of January. My mom was very hard to handle and they handled her so so well.

The activities could be more often, and more entertaining. However, I love the attitudes of the caregivers and the staff as a whole is wonderful, they truly love the residents

CriticalI took care of my wife for 10 years. I don't think I could ever find a place that would totally satisfy me. I don't know if that's possible. The staff at Frontida is very good very friendly always happy the one place I wish they could improve as I wish they could spend more time one on one with my wife, which I know probably isn't possible because they have several people there so I don't know if anybody would ever find a place that totally satisfies you.

There are some staff that bring the place to life however some are very rude and treat the patients like a job and not a priority. The staff seem to not care how they talk in front of the patients including my mother. A lot of them cuss in front of me and the patients as if we cannot hear them. The building looks clean though.

They take good care of my loved one. They have good supervision there, and caring employees. When she needs changing, they change her and always make sure she's comfortable. They make sure she has liquids even when she doesn't really want to drink anything. I would recommend them to other families.
