PositiveOverall great place
A few things that stand out to me is the unit is always clean, and the staff is very welcoming and always willing to help out with any questions or concerns you might have. All the residents seem to be in a happy place and the meals always smell good and my sister-in- law compliments the taste of the food. I have joined her for lunch a couple of times and they have been balanced and tasty. Overall, nice friendly and great entertainment also.

I truly have not encountered anything I would consider bad. My mom has been at New Haven for a year this month. She started in the Assisted Living building, but was moved to the Memory Care building. The staff is wonderful. If I ask for 'anything ' for Mom, it gets done. I have never been told that "It's not my job." It just gets done. They send me pictures of what she is doing, and calls me when needed. The building itself is very well maintained. I have only smelled urine one time, and it was already being dealt …

New Haven is a small facility with both assisted living and memory care facilities. When I walked in to tour the facility, it felt like home. Placing a loved one in memory care is a hard decision but the staff there made it a bit easier. They’re not perfect, but they care and you can see it, as they interact with your loved one.
