Excellent and clean

My grandmother was admitted there and it has been nothing short of royal! They cater to her, her meds are given on time, they have great meals and a wonderful dining experience. The staff are very polite and understanding. If you’re looking for a place for a loved one, this place is wonderful!

Review for New Perspective Island Shores

[name removed] the nurse was kind at first but started to show she was actually a [removed] when it came to communication about the resident. She was very one sided and thinks she knows more than what she does. Also, admin changed and is very bad at timely emails and great at losing emails.

Outstanding Care

Because of my health, I researched options for assisted living several years prior to needing it. I chose Island Shores. The decision was made because residents here were engaged and smiling, as was the staff. In addition, the facility was very nice. After moving in, I was pleased to find that my assessment was correct. Perfect place for your loved one.

Personable, caring, safe, engaging, and very well run. All staff from maintenance food, service care, teams, reception, leaders, volunteers, and everyone that comes together to make this place a home away from home work so hard and truly care.

Very happy

I have no complaints, everyone is wonderful at this facility. The food is ok, you know, made for older folks so not a lot of spices used. But my loved one has no complaints. They always communicate with me, when needed. It is a beautiful place and very clean.

We toured with New Perspective Island Shores and the staff were very nice. It had an older atmosphere/environment and my mom said that she felt that it looked more institutional. They were looking for something more homey.
