Needs room for improvement

I recently took my parent who is a resident there to a drs appointment. The dr needed to call the nurses office, the dr stated he can never get ahold of the nurses at new perspective. These nurses are sitting in the office all day long, and no one can answer the phone? Also the administration is mean to the residents. [name removed] is not nice, she is not friendly with the residents or families. She doesn’t go out on the floor and talk to the residents. I’ve heard her yelling at residents even asking minor things…

I would highly recommend New Perspective

My experience with the team at New Perspective has been incredible! I own a home care agency in California so I deal with families in crisis all the time. When I found myself having to deal with some very intense and time sensitive deadlines with my 90 year old mother, I needed a team that could help me navigate the complexities of transferring care for mom to their facility. Wonderful care for Mom.

My mother spent her last 13 months of life at New Perspectives. She and I were both apprehensive about her moving there and the huge change in lifestyle that would be. Both our concerns were quickly alleviated. The friendly and caring staff made her feel welcome and safe and the friends she quickly made with other residents made her life enjoyable. New Perspectives Senior Living

We recently moved my 80 year old father into the transitional memory care unit and we couldn't be happier! Friendly staff, home style food and great amenities. Nurses, aides, receptionist, culinary staff, all receive high marks from our family.

When we went on a tour here we were impressed. The staff was nice and answered all of my questions. It was a lovely place and clean. They offered lots of daily activities. They had bus tours they would go on. My sister loves to walk and it had a walking path around it. We had lunch here and it was excellent. It just wasn't a good fit for my sister.

Mom loves it here

We toured this community. And we fell in love . It had everything mom needed. The food is always being raved by my mother. The caregivers here are great and helpful. It is alway clean and tidy. She enjoys the activities like bingo and rosary they even have a bus that will take them to walgreens and things like that. The grounds are well maintained. The staff communicates well with the family. I would recommend this community.
