★★★★★
PositiveThe food is excellent. They have a featured meal and dessert each day. If you don't like what's being featured you can select from a restaurant style menu that offers salads, seafood, pasta, various meat, dishes, etc. Once each month, they also offer what is called the travel club dinner. They will feature foods from other countries or cities that we can enjoy. The staff is excellent. The employees are intentive to the needs of the residence. CriticalI would never recommend Waters of Eden Prairie to anyone because [name removed] the nurse in charge of health and well-being was rude and not helpful at all, and the staff did not know how to deal with someone who was new to Memory Care and was struggling with her transition. I can't say enough negative about the head nurse.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the calm atmosphere, clean, mother raves about the food and excellent meals. Very helpful staff. [name removed] and [name removed] especially And [name removed] the activities director is outstanding
★★★★★
PositiveStaff from Management to housekeeping to maintenance have all been receptive and prompt. The community of residents are fantastic. Apartments are larger and more open than other comparable facilities we visited.
★★★★★
PositiveFacility is clean, no complaints on Care and I have a camera on the door and see and hear how they treat my mom. We have a corner room so it is bigger than others and has an extra window. Those are limited and my mom likes it. Food wise they work with us as my mom is very picky but they do have good food and provide a weekly menu to us on email and to my mom in her room. We pay to get her had done once a week as they had someone come on site.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have been excellent! Staff is very attentive and caring. The do a good job keeping families in the know about their loved ones. They also helped with a smooth transition into the facility. They have lots of activities for residence and do everything they can to keep them engaged. facility is clean and brooms are spacious.
