My mother seems to be happy with everything. The room is clean and spacious and gets plenty of daylight. The grounds are cheerful and well maintained. My mother seems to enjoy the food, and the staff is very friendly and communicative. They also make efforts to ensure that my mother spends time in the recreation room with the other residents, rather than being alone in her room. Overall, they find Newport Mesa very satisfactory.

PositiveI took a tour of the facility, the minute I walked into the building. Everyone was so friendly they welcomed me in. The staff as well acknowledge of their residence you can tell they take full care of them. I happen to walk in during lunchtime and the food looks so delicious and healthy. Before I left, I saw the activities director doing trivia with the residence and they were well intrigued into the activity look like they were really enjoying themselves. It's a small community which seems to be less overwhelming, more like a home and the staff are very kind. I had a good feeling when I visited. Also the price was more affordable for us and it is close to both me and my sisters to visit often.
