Overall experience was a 5. All categories were a five!!! I had the best experience and they explained the difference to me from a assisted living facility, nursing home and a board and care .. board and care is by far the best and most intimate family like setting! icy Gulland was awesome! I love her and her husband! They took such good care of their few patients in fact have anyone call me and I will be happy to share my experience .. it was beyond!!

Very clean. Very kind. Staff keeps in contact with you. Typically only 3 women at one time. Owners live on the property. Owner is a nurse. Healthy meals. Have residents go outside and get fresh air! I would definitely recommend Niguel Hills Villa II!!!

We haven't had any issues. They are super friendly. They take what they do seriously. They have a great heart at the same time. They provide the residents with a lot of guidance. They pay attention to detail with each particular resident to make sure that they feel comfortable. I'm very pleased. They grow organic fruits and vegetables there. They have the idea of providing healthy food to the residents.
