The move in was seamless! This facility is a family oriented! The staff is amazing and keep me informed about everything no matter what or how small. My mother is always VERY clean and ALWAYS smells good! I visit just about everyday and I can say she this ALL the clients get A LOT of attention and are loved on daily! My mom has been at North Lake Villas for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with their staff. They have taken such good care of my mom from day one. They have a daily routine of care for all of the residents and they all seem to be well taken care of. The meals are balanced and varied each day. The facility is clean and neat and the residents there with my mom are all cared for individually based on their specific needs.
