They are compassionate and treat their residence with love

My dad was comfortable. The staff were very nice to him. He passed away [date removed] and was showing aggressive behavior and they had to took him to the hospital they were very helpful and kind to him before he left and went to the hospital.They took very good care of him. We would recommend this facility to any other in need. And we definitely would recommend this a five star.

Wish we had found NWV sooner

One thing I really appreciated was that there was always someone there to greet you when you arrived. The director, the director of sales were always upbeat and said hello. The staff did a beautiful job caring for my mom. An example is they knew my mom liked to wear her jewelry so every day they would help her pick out a necklace! The size and layout of the apartment was excellent. The only thing I wish they had was storage in the bathroom. my mom was on a purée diet when the cook stood an excellent job with that. …

You don't want to take your loved one any other place!!

NWV felt like the right place for our mom the minute we walked in the door to meet with Rick. He spent hours with us detailing the care that she would receive, the services offered and emphasizing that after some time she would hopefully feel comfortable and at home. Every single person that works at NWV is absolutely amazing! The individual care and concern they have shown sometimes brings tears to my eyes. I went on a tour and saw a lot of things I don't see at other facilities. I saw a caring staff. The residents look clean and well kept. The rooms are beautiful looking and big. The building has a warm feeling of home.

My visit to North Woods Village left a lasting impression. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. The executive's extensive knowledge and informative approach put my mind at ease, making me feel more confident about making a decision to bring a parent to this facility
